The first EVERGREEN^® wall was erected in 1978 to contain an active earth-slide and, since then, over 1500 walls have been built worldwide. Every EVERGREEN^® wall ever built is still in use: this is the most significant evidence that a all EVERGREEN^® is a reliable and cost-effective solution for many applications. The Evergreen Macro precast element is a completely customizable, environmentally-friendly wall with forty years of experience behind its superior gravity-based design which requires less-land for support (60% less land required than competitors back-end tie-in systems).  The Macro Wall is also able to be planted immediately following installation, or to self-seed with native flora both making the Macro Wall virtually disappear back into the natural environment, for making for better sound insulation and improved, non-graffitied aesthetics.  To date hundreds of engineered Evergreen Walls have been constructed in all shapes and sizes – open front planted walls and closed face walls –  as earth retaining walls for cut slopes, earth fill sites, shore protection, elevated road and rail projects, and earth-slide containment. Further, an alternate usage is for free-standing walls, for sound/isolation walls, and or high security applications.
